Multi-living example for mining and accommodation in remote areas, click on the picture to view the full plan set in PDF
Roof Panel System intergrated with conventional building methods
This residence has the advantage that it is arrives on site and is ready to assemble with unskilled labour, it can be erected much faster than conventional buildings all done at the fraction of the cost with the highlight that accommodation is fully insulated, extremely comfortable in hot or cold climates with generous rooms for staff. Also available for mining companies that have a high demand for accommodation a portable manufacturing plant is available, to learn more click here.
The split panel roofing systems can rectify this problem by being retrofitted straight over the existing roof, the insulation properties of the split panel mean that cooling costs with be effectively significantly reduced and will continue to do so for over 50 years without a reduction in performance, the panel also adds fire protection as well as increasing the structural rigidity of the roof.

Mining and Remote areas:
A major issue faced by mining companies at present is the cost and availability of housing in remote areas; Ecohousing building system has addressed this need with their affordable multi-living solution.  Below is an example of a residence that would suit a mining site, it is a 10 bedroom, 4 bathrooms with 2 large living areas and kitchen as well as a generous deck.

This has the advantage that using the system is quick and easy and at the same time due to the nature of the panels insulation is installed, this reduces the high labour cost of having to lay insulation and then the roof, there is also no need for trusses as the roof panel is completely structural. Another major advantage is that the panel’s offers high fire protection, potentially saving millions of dollars damage in a fire situation.

Another cost effective advantage to existing large warehouses, shopping centres and industrial sheds is the split roofing system. The cost of electricity is increasing and climate change is now a major concern with many governments calling for large corporations to reduce their carbon footprint. Many of the current warehouses, shopping centres and industrial sheds are classed as energy deficient buildings with the minimal insulation that was installed long deteriorated and no longer effective, now costing tens of thousands of dollars a year to cool and leaving a large carbon footprint.
The Ecohousing building system is well suited for commercial application. As far as Ecohousing building systems is aware our product is the only SIP (structural insulated panel) to have undergone the high, low cyclone testing and passed without breaking or delaminating.

Shopping Centres, Warehouses & Industrial Sheds:

The building system integrates well with modern building methods, for example in large shopping centres or warehouses the roof panel system can be used to replace current roofing solutions.
