The single sided roofing panel can rectify this problem by being retrofitted straight over the existing roof, encapsulating it with no further condensation there will be no further deterioration of the existing roof, the Insulating properties of the single sided roof panel mean that cooling costs with be effectively significantly reduced
and will continue to do so for over 50 years without a reduction in performance,

This has the advantage that using the system is quick and easy and
at the same time due to the nature of the panels insulation is installed, this
reduces the high labour cost of having to lay insulation and then the roof,
there is also no need for trusses as the roof panel is completely structural.
Another major advantage is that the panel’s offers high fire protection,
potentially saving millions of dollars damage in a fire
situation.

ready to assemble with unskilled labour, it can be erected much faster than
